Terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of products and services by Materials2U Ltd to its customers.

1. About us

Materials2U is a trading name of Materials2U Ltd, registered in England & Wales. You can reach us on 0121 769 1530 or at trade@materials2u.co.uk.

2. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm the order or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is unavailable or priced in error.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown excluding or including VAT as indicated and may change. Payment is taken at checkout, or in line with agreed trade-account credit terms.

4. Trade accounts & credit

Trade-account customers may order against agreed credit terms, purchase-order numbers and spend approvals. Credit is subject to status and our account terms.

5. Delivery & risk

We deliver to site or for collection as agreed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection. Delivery dates are estimates and we'll keep you informed of any change.

6. Returns

Returns are handled in line with our returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, our liability for a product is limited to the price paid for it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
